Hey Buddy!

I manage the Sierra Club Trails community for the Sierra Club and have a Google alert set to let me know anytime Sierra Club Trails appears on another site. Well, I got an email with a link to this post, and I see where you link to Trails in your "More Sites" section. So first of all -- thanks for linking to us!

Second, I just spent Christmas in Zion too! It's an annual tradition for us. This year we spent three nights there, including Christmas Eve and Christmas night. Here are a couple of videos I shot last year at Zion:

http://www.youtube.com/jennyshelby#p/u/63/xU2DEqBkeag

I love the white snow on the red rock -- and, as you say, having the place to myself. Except that it appear you shared it with us this year!

Happy New Year!

Thanks for sharing your account of your Portsmouth trip! I did it twice, in '06 and '07. Here's a link to my '06 trip. Glad to hear the skeeters aren't any better in May than when we went...

Buddy!!! Your pictures are so beautiful!!! You must come see me on the Eastern Shore. I am so jealous that you went to the BR Parkway this fall. It is the prettiest place in the world. Hope you are having a great weekend, Miss you, Erin

My former boss at work runs kayakvb.com and kayakvb.info sites. I saw his link and mention of your site and checked it out. Very nice! I do a little kayaking around Va Beach, as well as hiking on trails, biking and so forth. I don't have gear as nice as yours but I make do. Anyhow, great site!
